Event Quotations. A 50% (non refundable) deposit is required 30 days prior to the start of any team building event, with the remainder payable 7 days (3 days for local Thai companies) before the start of the event. This secures your chosen date and enables us to make all the necessary arrangements, bookings and preparation for all resources.
Participants may be cancelled up to 30 days pre-event without penalty however this would depend on the per person rate quoted and size of the group.
Participants may not be cancelled less than 14 days away from the event date and all services, and any other services pre-arranged for the event must be paid.
