I would like to send my thanks for your efforts in bringing your team building exercise together for our group during our Staff trip to Bangkok in July 2013. We all thoroughly enjoyed the activities and found it to be a very worthwhile experience in team work, thought and most importantly humility and charity. Definitely one of the best and initiative team building events. Excel Solutions Asia did a great job at coordinating and executing our “Missing Link”. We really love this meaningful event. It was awesome! Despite the fact, that all were hungry the thought of giving to the needy over-rides everything. Way Beyond My Expectations!
It was a fun activity for all team members and everyone put in a 100% effort to ensure their movies turned out great. It was wonderful to see everyone get involve which was way beyond my expectation. Another concept depending on the time constraint would be a luck draw for the movie themes; Horror/Comedy/Action/Suspense etc.

Paid Attention To Our Safety!
Excel Solutions had been very helpful in customising the Corporate City Challenge according to our corporate safety; health theme. In the process of preparation, we only managed to discuss through few phone calls (as my company is not based in Bangkok) and only had 1 final meeting a few days before the event. But Excel Solution Team still turned up very well prepared and organised for the day. Throughout the event, the games coordinators had been very friendly and helpful, they are able to communicate in English with us and paid particular attention to our safety during the travels.
Our team enjoyed the Corporate City Challenge in Bangkok, we had fun in the games, video making, and it also gave us the opportunity to travel around and experience Bangkok City while hunting for things from a shopping list. It helped our team to build up stronger rapport and we discovered some hidden talents too! At the end of the event, it was really nice that each participant received a Team Picture in a frame and the short videos that we made as a memorial. Thanks to Excel Solutions for making this possible.

Other comments include the number of locations were just right, I think if there were less, it would have been too easy. I recently brought our Global Management team together for a meeting in Bangkok. I was specifically looking for a team building activity that would be engaging for everyone as well as get them out to see some of the city as many had never visited Bangkok before. Excel Solutions tailored an event for us which took parts of the Missing Link activity and parts of the amazing race activity and came up with an event that everyone thoroughly enjoyed. From the bike building, to the charity donation and the trip down the river to visit the temple…the whole afternoon was a success from start to finish. Thank you for the wonderful team building day organised by you in Hua Hin for our annual Group Marketing Conference with The Peninsula Hotels. I believe the day was really successful, and we were worried about the long drive to and from Bangkok, but everyone thought that the whole exercise was so enjoyable that it was well worth the time spent in the coach. Impressive Range Of Options!
Excel Solutions had an extremely creative approach towards team building – we found them professional and open to customising the event to suit our needs. This Will Attract Corporates Who Hold Meetings!
Overall the team had a great time and wished it was longer! On the other hand … because of the short time limit, only teams that demonstrated quick thinking, decisive game plan and prompt execution will stand a chance to complete the mission. I definitely recommend the simplified version (the one we had) and perhaps keep it at 2.5 hours max. I think this will attract corporates who hold meetings in Bangkok as they can afford to slot in 2-3 hours for team outing, instead of the usual city sight seeing.
