The cost of your event comes down to three things: the activity, your group size, and the location. That way, you only pay for what actually fits your team. Our starting prices are based on Bangkok, and we'll always be upfront if travel or setup outside the city changes things.
Every quotation we give you is all-inclusive for the activity itself. That means transportation for the activity if needed, prizes for each winning team member, all materials, professional facilitators, and any mall permits or design setup. The only things we don't include are meeting rooms, food, and beverage, so you're free to choose what suits your team best.

Pricing By Group Size
Your team size makes a big difference to the per-person rate. Here's what most groups in Bangkok can expect:
- Small teams (10–20 people): THB 2,000 – 2,700 per person
- Medium teams (20–50 people): THB 1,200 – 1,800 per person
- Large groups (50+ people): custom pricing
- Larger groups often get a lower per-person rate
Pricing By Location
Our base prices are set for Bangkok. If your event is outside the city, we may add fair costs for travel and equipment, accommodation for staff, venue hire or permits, and extra logistics and setup time. This way you can plan ahead knowing exactly why prices change between Bangkok and destinations like Pattaya, Hua Hin, or Koh Samui.
Booking & Payment Terms
A 50% (non-refundable) deposit is required 30 days prior to the start of any team building event, with the remainder payable 7 days (3 days for local Thai companies) before the start of the event. This secures your chosen date and enables us to make all the necessary arrangements, bookings, and preparation for all resources.
- Participants may be cancelled up to 30 days pre-event without penalty, depending on the per-person rate quoted and size of the group
- Participants may not be cancelled less than 14 days from the event date, and all pre-arranged services must be paid in full
